Please note:

1.      Gold Sponsorship includes two Partner rep attendees per conference (Spring/Fall).  Additional persons cost $400CDN.

2.      Silver Sponsorship includes one Partner rep attendee per conference (Spring/Fall).   Additional persons cost $400CDN.

3.      Wherein payment is required, an invoice will be emailed.

4.      Please submit one form per attendee for the Fall Conference.

5.      If you cancel your event attendance after Friday, September 14th, 2018, you will be invoiced the full amount owing regardless.
